Purpose: The Coalition for Affordable/Transitional Community Housing (CATCH) is a Minnesota based ecumenical non-profit organization composed of volunteers from area churches. It is the explicit goal of CATCH to provide, develop, promote and maintain safe, clean, accessible, and affordable housing for people with low and limited incomes. CATCH also promotes education and advocacy on behalf of persons who are homeless.

CATCH MENTOR PROGRAM Caring, Compassionate Connections
•Enrich your life and help create a
better life for another person by providing encouragement,
support and sharing fun activities as a CATCH mentor.
Connect via phone or face-to-face contact once a week to bring
companionship into the life of a lonely and isolated disabled adult in
Dakota County. Training is
provided. To learn more about
