C n C- Cookies and Coffee Host

 

Thank you so much for volunteering at Family of Christ!  We could not be a successful, influential, loving congregation without your commitment and involvement.

As a C and C host you will help us grow together as a community of faith at Family of Christ Lutheran Church. 

Please read through the following responsibilities:

Fellowship will occur after the worship service, please have coffee and beverages available before the end of worship.

Cookies

• We will have cookies available if you wish
• Place two containers (48 cookies) of store bought cookies on the table in the entry. Cookies are stored in the freezer in the storage room next to the kitchen and under the stairs.
• If you wish you can bring your own special homemade or store bought treats
• Place napkins near the cookies

Coffee and Lemonade

• Make one pump carafe of coffee
• To make coffee follow the directions next to the coffee maker in the kitchen. Two pots make one carafe.
• Coffee and filters are in the cabinets beneath the coffee pot
• Make a pitcher of lemonade
• Lemonade is below the coffee

Set-up

• Please arrange items on a table in the Narthex (Church entry)
• Cups and napkins are available in the kitchen under the island, extra are in the storage room next to the kitchen
• Put a garbage can near the table

Clean-Up

• Please return extra items to the kitchen
• Put extra cookies in the fridge to be used mid-week for youth
